Since winning Granada’s ‘New Voices’ in 1997, Johanne has written more than 100 hours of primetime TV. This includes creating/co-creating 4 original drama series – Nice Guy Eddie, Candy Cabs and Pitching in for BBC One and Daylight Robbery for ITV.
Currently, Johanne has an original drama series, a family comedy-drama and a comedy feature screenplay optioned. She has also developed several brand-new treatments and spec TV pilots for both the UK and US markets.
In 2022, Johanne completed a MSt. in Writing for Performance at Cambridge University and will be graduating from Wolfson College in Spring 2023. She is now producing her first feature, Bad Gladiators, a comedy heist set in the
Roman city of Chester.
